Job summary

Ingenio, through its US Marketplace (Keen), is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive growth initiatives that increase conversion, revenue, and customer LTV. You’ll own growth levers, partner with engineering and design, and influence where the company bets next in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with a small team and have direct access to leadership, owning high-impact opportunities from ideation to launch while collaborating across disciplines to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years driving growth in consumer (B2C) products, with direct ownership of metrics such as conversion, monetization, retention, or LTV.
• Obsession with using data to drive impact and prioritization, and a habit of moving quickly from insight to execution.
• AI fluency in products you ship and in your own workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and obsess over the growth KPIs that matter most: conversion, revenue, and customer LTV.
• Drive strategy and execution across key growth areas: conversion optimization, retention, advisor-consumer matching and personalization, pricing, packaging, and monetization experiments.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, impact modeling, and experimentation, and run a disciplined A/B testing and behavioral analytics practice.
• Find automation opportunities that improve advisor workflows and the customer experience.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality experiences quickly, and work with Design on intuitive growth-focused experiences.
• Work across the whole company to turn insights into product improvements and ensure adoption.
• Talk directly with customers and advisors to ensure the product meets their needs.
