Job summary

Metropolis is hiring an Associate Account Executive to drive net-new business for a regional territory, supporting growth in parking and AI-enabled real estate solutions. You will engage in discovery sessions, product demos, and multi-disciplinary collaboration to align client needs with Metropolis offerings.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, pipeline management in Salesforce, and a pathway toward an Account Executive role.

Qualifications

2+ years in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles.
Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners.
Ability to build relationships and generate opportunities.
Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools.
Willingness to travel regionally to support clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through multiple lead gen channels.
Lead discovery calls, product demos, and formal sales presentations with documentation.
Collaborate with marketing, operations and legal on underwriting and financial modeling.
Maintain meticulous activity tracking and clean pipeline in Salesforce/CRM.
Monitor and hit activity and generation goals.
Develop account strategies and outreach initiatives to initiate contact with potential clients.
