Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Revenue Operations / Business Systems professional to administer and optimize our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong.io, and more. You will design automation flows, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and document end-to-end implementations.

The role emphasizes autonomous execution, rapid system learning, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows across Customer Success, Account Management, and Solutions teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations or business systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience
• Mastery of Salesforce and GTM automation tools, including LeanData, Outreach, Chili Piper, Workato, and Hightouch
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and processes
• Ability to build elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions
• Structured thinking and ability to distill complex concepts and communicate them to varied audiences
• Ability to dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive completion autonomously

Responsibilities

• Administer key go-to-market business systems, including Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong.io, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, and Workato
• Build and deploy Salesforce automation flows, validations, and applications
• Enhance existing systems and implement new features for Customer Success, Account Management, and Solutions teams
• Analyze business requirements and systems capabilities
• Write specifications for systems builds and run end-to-end implementations
• Write and maintain documentation for systems builds and integrations
