Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Marketing/RevOps engineer to own the AI-native GTM tech stack from strategy through execution, driving demand generation and productivity gains. You will codify ICP scoring in version-controlled infrastructure and deploy AI for enrichment and routing in outbound workflows.

You will measure cycle-time and cost impact of AI workflows, while handling AEO schema, client-side rendering fixes, and crawlability of proof points.

Qualifications

• Marketing/RevOps engineer or technical growth marketer
• SQL, APIs, and automation tooling experience; not just HubSpot administration
• Experience building opinionated attribution or lead-scoring systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based automation
• Judgment to distinguish signal from noise
• Documents and versions work; avoids logic living in one person
• Comfortable reading schema and rendering issues as well as campaign reports
• Experience building GTM systems at an early-stage SaaS company
• Familiarity with Common Room, HockeyStack, or RB2B-class tools
• Technical SEO/AEO background

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-native GTM tech stack from strategy through execution, beginning with demand generation and increasing overall productivity
• Codify ICP scoring into documented, version-controlled infrastructure
• Deploy AI for enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound workflows
• Measure cycle-time and cost impact of AI workflows
• Own AEO technical execution, including schema, client-side rendering fixes, and crawlability of proof points
• Enforce data hygiene, including correcting competitor mis-tagging and establishing a source-of-truth model for customer, opportunity, and lost status
• Build and maintain the systems layer end to end
