Job summary

Gumloop in San Francisco is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and operate automated go-to-market systems. You will build AI-driven agents and workflows, integrate Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, and other tools, and ship end-to-end processes that lift sales and marketing productivity.

You’ll own data quality, define routing rules, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and CS leadership to translate strategy into repeatable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience building GTM automation and data pipelines.
• 3+ years in a GTM/Revenue Ops or related role.
• Fluency with CRM data models (Salesforce, HubSpot) and enrichment ecosystems.
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM engine on Gumloop: design and deploy AI agents and workflows for go-to-market automation.
• Connect the full GTM stack: integrate Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, and other tools.
• Own and build inside Salesforce: manage objects, fields, flows, automations, and integrations.
• Automate sales outbound: create outbound engine from signal-based prospecting to CRM sync.
• Automate marketing and CS workflows: lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, onboarding sequences.
• Partner with GTM leadership to turn strategy into automated playbooks and scoring models.
• Own data quality and governance: implement deduplication and validation rules.
• Build for reliability and document your work: observability and clear documentation.
• Influence the product with automation insights from GTM tooling.
