Job summary

Circle is building an AI-native Global Risk Management transformation to move from manual processes to intelligent agents that run core workflows end to end. Reporting to the GRM AI transformation leader, you’ll partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and enterprise risk to define a bold future state and translate it into scalable AI applications and reusable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation or related disciplines.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex business processes and drive organizational change.
• Strong working fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from vision to delivery.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management to lead workshops.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, or regulated domains.
• Strong program and portfolio management skills with tracking and dependencies.
• Builder's mindset with autonomy and action bias.
• Excellent communication to distill complex work for executives.
• Commitment to governance, controls, and guardrails for AI from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GRM AI transformation and define an AI-native vision for processes.
• Drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives from scoping to adoption.
• Build reusable AI primitives and guardrails for responsible AI.
• Coordinate with central AI team and enterprise AI leaders.
• Prepare updates for GRM leadership and governance committees.
