Job summary

Circle is transforming its Global Risk Management (GRM) capability by adopting AI-native processes and agent-enabled workflows. The Manager will partner with compliance, security, and enterprise risk teams to design a portfolio of AI applications and reusable building blocks.

This role demands strategic thinking, strong governance, and collaboration with Circle’s central AI teams to scale enterprise-wide AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in transformation, consulting, or PM, with process redesign or automation.
• Ability to reimagine processes, map current to future state, and drive change.
• Strong fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with risk management, compliance, or regulated domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and sessions with GRM process owners to define an AI-native future state for each process.
• Drive mindset shifts from AI-assisted to AI-native processes with robust governance.
• Shape GRM into an AI-native organization with agents directing core activities.
• Ensure AI implementations are risk-assessed, governed, and auditable.
