Job summary

Circle is seeking a Manager, GRM AI Transformation to lead the reinvention of Global Risk Management into an AI-native operating model, where intelligent agents handle core workflows while people focus on judgment and oversight.

You will partner with compliance, financial crime, security, and risk leaders to define an ambitious AI program, build governance, and ensure safe, auditable deployments across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Strong working fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and agentic concepts.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end — vision, scoping, delivery, adoption, outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills for workshops and alignment with diverse teams.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, financial crime, security, or another regulated domain.
• Strong program and portfolio management skills with governance and reporting.
• Builder mindset with autonomy and bias for action.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex work for executives and committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an AI-native future state for each process.
• Drive mindset shifts from AI-added-on approaches to AI-native designs.
• Help build GRM into an AI-native organization led by agents with human oversight.
• Ensure AI developments follow Circle's AI Risk Management framework and guardrails.
• Shape target architecture and reusable primitives to scale AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with Circle’s central AI team and other orgs to align platforms and standards.
• Provide updates to GRM leadership, executive reviews, and risk committees.
