Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in process transformation or related discipline.
• Ability to reimagine and optimize complex processes across functions.
• Strong working fluency with modern AI, including generative AI and AI-native concepts.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to risk management, compliance, or a regulated domain.
• Strong program and portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with GRM process owners to define an AI-native future state for each process.
• Drive the mindset shift from static processes to AI-native designs with governance.
• Build and scale AI-enabled GRM processes led by agents with human oversight.
• Ensure AI risk management framework is applied across GRM AI developments.
• Shape architecture and reusable primitives that support enterprise-wide AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with central AI teams and enterprise AI leaders to align platforms and standards.
