Job summary

Remitly, Inc. is seeking a Principal Program Manager – Technical to own the Global Money Movement disbursement program. You will define strategy, drive partnerships, and shape platform investments to enable fast, reliable business payouts across markets.

You will work with engineering, platform, and BD teams, applying AI to accelerate discovery and execution while balancing long-term platform investments with immediate customer value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Proven ability to define long-term product or program vision and translate it into measurable outcomes.
• Experience with external partners and managing ongoing partner relationships in collaboration with BD teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the disbursement program.
• Leverage AI as a force multiplier across analysis, discovery, and operations.
• Collaborate with external partners and leadership to secure investments and commercial terms.
• Understand Remitly services and platform architecture to inform integration patterns with partner APIs.
• Drive engineering and platform teams to build needed features with clear requirements and problem solving.
• Identify customer pain points, market shifts, and competitive opportunities to shape the program.
