Job summary

Remitly seeks a Principal Program Manager - Technical to own the business disbursement program, shaping the network capabilities and platform investments that move money for businesses. You will influence external partners and internal teams to deliver scalable integrations across markets.

You will define the long-term vision, drive the program roadmap, and apply AI to accelerate discovery, analysis, and execution beyond traditional ownership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience and track record translating strategy into outcomes.
• Proven ability to define long-term vision and translate strategy into measurable business results.
• Experience partnering with external partners and driving technical integrations.
• Strong technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and tradeoffs.
• Experience owning a product with defined performance metrics (reliability, speed, growth).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the business disbursement program.
• Leverage AI as a force multiplier across analysis, discovery, and operations.
• Collaborate with external partners and leadership, advocating for investments and structures.
• Develop deep understanding of Remitly services and platform architecture for scalable integration.
• Drive internal teams to build required features with clear requirements and problem solving.
• Identify customer pain points, market shifts, and opportunities to differentiate the program.
• Ground decisions in data with defined success metrics and analyses to guide prioritization.
• Elevate product thinking with a clear vision, customer focus, and scalable platform-oriented solutions.
