Job summary

Ready ® is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A and Commercial Strategy to shape growth by leading planning, forecasting, cash, and strategic finance partnering across the CEO, CFO, and leadership teams. You will own end-to-end FP&A, including the annual plan, forecast, and cash, while building scalable frameworks and a team as the company grows.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation, performance management, and strategic pricing/brand initiatives, with remote US work and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required or related field.
MBA, CPA or CFA preferred; professional certifications valued.
Proven experience in FP&A, corporate or commercial finance in a growth company.
Strong three-statement and driver-based modeling; 13-week cash forecast; pricing/margin bridges.
Experience partnering with Accounting on month-end close and cross-entity coordination.
CPG/equipment or consumer-focused context experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual operating plan and budget process from targets to bottom-up builds.
Run monthly landing and forecast cadence with risk/opportunity reviews.
Deliver driver-based rolling forecasts for revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash.
Build and maintain an integrated financial model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Own 13-week cash forecast and working capital planning; support lender reporting.
Publish monthly management packs and board-ready materials; define KPIs and dashboards.
