Job summary

STR seeks an innovative Sr. Manager of FP&A to lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and rate strategy in a high-growth, audit-intensive environment. You will drive AI-enabled analytics and partner with executive leadership to deliver investor-grade insights.

This role supports flexible remote work within the U.S. with a hybrid option near the Woburn, MA office, reporting to the Director of FP&A. A strong background in defense contracting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience, ideally in defense contracting.
• Strong leadership, governance, and communication skills.
• Experience with AI/automation in FP&A and external audits (DCAA/DFARS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for STR.
• Drive AI/analytical transformations to improve forecasting and decision making.
• Develop rate strategies and KPI dashboards for investor-grade transparency.
