9amHealth, a remote, full-time company, is seeking an FP&A Manager to own the full FP&A function end-to-end, including the monthly close, annual budget cycle, and advanced scenario modeling. You’ll partner with Customer Success, Clinical Ops, Marketing, and Sales to drive decisions that matter and help define the 2026 plan with high leverage sequencing.

We are building AI-enabled FP&A workflows and expect expertise in driver-based modeling, three-statement forecasting, and modern FP&A platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience in high-growth healthcare, SaaS, or subscription models is preferred.
• End-to-end ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and board packs.
• Experience building modular three-statement models from scratch.
• Fluency with modern FP&A platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly variance packs with narrative commentary.
• Build and maintain driver-based models for key metrics (ARPM, CAC, payback).
• Partner with department heads to translate plans into budgets.
• Own long-range and rolling forecast with scenarios.
• Create monthly board narratives with KPI dashboards and forward outlooks.
• Lead the 2026 budget cycle and consolidate across teams.
• Develop FP&A toolkit: dashboards, what-if analysis, incentives design.
• Champion AI-enabled FP&A workflows using Claude and AI tools.
