Owner.com is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across the company. This role treats our financial infrastructure like a product, focusing on automating reporting with AI and building scalable models.

The position is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States. You will partner with the core finance and operations teams to drive investment decisions, improve forecast accuracy, and support strategic planning with

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FP&A or related roles; startup experience preferred.
• Experience using AI to automate workflows or build tools.
• Strong modeling skills to improve forecast accuracy and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models and forecasting infrastructure.
• Drive investment decisions using unit economics and cohort trends.
• Automate manual reporting with AI and modern tooling.
• Partner cross-functionally on strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Improve forecast accuracy and margins with better visibility.
• Turn insights into real improvements in the business's economics.
