Owner is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own core planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across the company. The role emphasizes treating financial infrastructure as a product, with automation and AI at the core, to improve business economics and enable data-driven decisions.

The position is 100% remote and open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with collaboration across finance and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of FP&A or related roles; startup experience is a plus.
• AI-forward, with a track record of using AI to automate workflows or build tools.
• Strong modeling skills to improve forecast accuracy and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, QuickBooks (or similar ERP), and AI tooling like Claude Code; SQL or Sigma a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the financial models and forecasting infrastructure that power planning as the company scales.
• Drive investment and growth decisions using unit economics and cohort analyses.
• Automate manual reporting with AI and modern tooling to create self-serve dashboards.
• Partner cross-functionally on strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Improve forecast accuracy and margins by identifying drivers and implementing changes.
• Move beyond analysis to implementation, turning insights into business improvements.
