Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across the company. This role treats our financial infrastructure like a product, continually rebuilding and automating processes instead of repeating the same manual work each month.

You will build scalable models, automate reporting with AI, and partner with business stakeholders to drive forecast accuracy and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar roles.
• AI-forward mindset with a track record of automating workflows or building tools.
• Strong modeling skills that improve forecast accuracy and support scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models and forecasting infrastructure powering company planning.
• Automate manual reporting with AI and modern tooling to create self-serve dashboards.
• Partner cross-functionally on strategic planning and resource allocation with clear narratives for leadership.
• Sharpen forecast accuracy and drive margin and efficiency gains.
