Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Transformation to shape the future of our Finance organization. You will own the multi-year transformation roadmap, define the operating model, and lead a 20-person team spanning analytics, ML engineering, program management, and finance systems support.

This hands-on leadership role drives AI-powered automation, ensures SOX controls, and partners with Finance, Engineering and Data leaders to deliver end-to-end improvements across FP&A, P2P, Q2C,

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading finance transformation in a scaled tech company.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI and automation in Finance.
• Strong SOX and external reporting knowledge.
• Ability to influence across Finance, Engineering, and Data.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the future Finance operating model and multi-year roadmap.
• Build an AI-native Finance function with scalable workflows.
• Modernize FP&A, P2P, Q2C, R2R, Treasury, and Internal Audit processes.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with governance and accountability.
