Zusammenfassung

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Transformation to shape the future of our Finance organization. You will lead a multi-year transformation, driving AI, automation, analytics, and new operating models across a ~20-person team and partnering with core systems owners.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strategic vision, and strong governance in a public company context. You’ll guide Finance through process redesign, data modernization and enterprise-wide improvements while

Qualifikationen

Lead finance transformation initiatives including ERP/system changes, process redesign, automation and data modernization.
Hands-on experience building/deploying AI and automation in Finance.
Fluency in AI, automation, and data with ability to translate into business results and strong controls.
Technical depth to engage with ML/Analytics Engineers on what they’re building.

Aufgaben

Define the future Finance operating model and multi-year transformation roadmap with KPIs.
Build an AI-native Finance function and scale high-value applications across Finance.
Modernize high-volume finance transactions and workflows including FP&A, P2P, Q2C, R2R, Tax and Audit.
Make financial insights more forward-looking and self-serve through scalable analytical tools.
