Job summary
FTI Consulting is seeking a Finance Transformation Director/Senior Director to lead teams on finance transformation initiatives, optimizing finance functions and implementing automation and AI-driven solutions. The role is heavily client-facing, driving projects from design through delivery and scaling across the organization.

Qualifications
- Post-graduate experience for Director or 8+ years for Senior Director.
- Experience leading finance transformation and automation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Expertise in finance and accounting processes, governance, and best practices.
- Strong teamwork, client-facing and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and FTI offices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Finance Transformation projects across key areas (finance function assessments, operating model design, service delivery models, and optimization).
- Oversee project teams and client relationships, ensuring delivery of high-quality work and proactive solutions.
- Leverage AI, automation, and real-time intelligence to enhance finance functions.
- Identify opportunities for value creation across finance and broader G&A functions.
