S&P Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise FP&A and Transformation to shape financial strategy and elevate FP&A across the enterprise.

The role partners with Ratings and Energy divisions and leads the FP&A transformation using AI-enabled automation, data fabrics, and advanced analytics. Based in New York with global collaboration across the enterprise, you will drive standardized tools, dashboards, and reporting for executive leadership and the Board while

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Corporate Finance, or Accounting roles.
• Track record of leading teams and managing large-scale transformation or strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience with Board-level and executive reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in financial planning platforms and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills; translate data into executive insights.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic business partnering with Ratings and Energy teams during budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Oversee FP&A modernization and transformation leveraging Data Fabric, AI, and analytics.
• Lead incentive slope modeling and related financial analysis with executive leadership alignment.
• Prepare executive-level materials and communicate financial results to CFO, Board, and executives.
• Establish team operating rhythms, foster analytics culture, and drive adoption of AI and new tech.
