Amazon is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Manager within WW Ops FP&A to lead cross-functional initiatives that modernize the finance function. You will collaborate with Finance, Technology, and business teams to simplify processes, automate workflows, and enhance reporting and analytics, enabling faster, better decision-making.

The role requires owning end-to-end programs, engaging stakeholders, and communicating clear updates to senior leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs end-to-end, from identifying opportunities through implementation.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline financial processes, reporting, and analytics.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable process and system solutions.
• Evaluate, pilot, and embed AI and machine learning tools into financial workflows to improve speed and depth.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Finance, Technology, and business teams.
• Distill program status, risks, and decisions into concise narratives for senior leadership.
• Drive alignment across competing priorities and keep cross-functional partners engaged throughout the lifecycle.
