Job summary

CareDx, a leading precision medicine diagnostics company, seeks a Lead Finance Systems Administrator to own the NetSuite and Finance systems portfolio, delivering scalable, compliant solutions across close, procure-to-pay, and reporting. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Audit to drive governance, process improvements, and secure integrations.

The role requires 5+ years of NetSuite and ERP experience, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with Coupa, Concur, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive NetSuite administration, finance systems, and ERP implementation experience with hands-on configuration.
• Experience with Coupa, Concur, FloQast or similar suite and integrations.
• Experience in a public company / SOX control environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, optimization, governance, and roadmap for the Finance systems portfolio (NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, FloQast).
• Serve as the primary technical owner for Finance systems architecture, configuration, integrations, security, and support.
• Translate accounting requirements into NetSuite solutions across close, procure-to-pay, revenue, and reporting.
• Manage external consultants/partners and ensure project scope, timelines, and documentation meet expectations.
• Support audit readiness, SOX controls, and governance activities across the Finance technology stack.
