Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey—from discovery and workflow design to commercial close, implementation, and renewal. You will design live workflow solutions with customers and co-build in Notion, partnering with BDRs on target accounts and guiding adoption with Outcomes Architects.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience selling technical products, strong discovery, and a passion for AI and productivity tools.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live with customers.
Strong discovery and qualification instincts to map workflows.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder cycles including procurement, legal, and security.
Own the room with urgency, delivering simple solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal as the single owner.
Design and build live workflow solutions with customers; discovery is the demo.
Partner with BDRs on account planning and outbound motion.
Navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals with correct scope.
Guide customers through early implementation and handoff to OA for expansion.
Collaborate with OA on onboarding, adoption plans, and renewal execution.
