Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to act as the operational backbone for high-stakes migrations and platform modernizations, owning end-to-end delivery for 12-week engagements moving enterprises to MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

As a hybrid of Program Manager, Engagement Lead, and Business Analyst, you will lead strategy, direct cross-functional pods, and employ AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery while ensuring rapid value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and managing cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience orchestrating delivery with Professional Services, SI partners, and external teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery, Migration Strategy, Execution Oversight, Value Realization, Hand-off.
• Establish engagement governance, track milestones, manage scope, resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on scope and delivery dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders, translating migration workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews, map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation, extract business logic, and accelerate delivery assets.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead post-migration handoffs for adoption.
