Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to lead high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle through discovery, migration strategy, execution oversight, and value realization for enterprise customers transitioning to MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

As the role blends program management, engagement leadership and business analysis, you will direct cross-functional pods, govern milestones, and communicate progress

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery or TPM for SaaS migrations.
• Proven ability to govern scope, milestones and risk.
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with cross-functional delivery teams (PS, SI, vendors).
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across the full lifecycle of migrations.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on dates.
• Translate migration workstreams into measurable business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and change management.
• Conduct discovery workshops and map requirements to platform patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and generate artifacts.
• Ensure adoption post-migration through change enablement.
