Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — engagement leaders who serve as the operational backbone, program lead, and business strategist for high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations.

You own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for fast-paced, high-impact engagements (typically 12 weeks or less) that transition enterprise customers to modern platforms like MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery
• Proven cross-functional delivery leadership
• Executive stakeholder management
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms
• Experience with AI productivity tools
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff
• Establish engagement governance, track critical-path milestones, manage scope, and proactively resolve delivery risks
• Direct the day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, including internal Migration Leads, Professional Services consultants, and SI Partners
• Serve as the primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite customer stakeholders, translating complex migration workstreams into clear business outcomes
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change
• Lead discovery workshops and 'Jobs-to-be-Done' reviews, auditing legacy processes and mapping requirements to target patterns
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation, extract business logic, and accelerate delivery workflows
