Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to act as the operational backbone for high-stakes migrations and platform modernizations. You will own end-to-end delivery for 12-week engagements, guiding cross-functional teams and governance to accelerate value realization across MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

This role blends program management, engagement leadership, and business analysis, requiring executive stakeholder management and AI-tool experience.

Qualifications

8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or TPM roles in enterprise SaaS transitions.
Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional teams and strict milestone discipline.
Strong background in governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own engagement success end-to-end across Discovery, Migration Strategy, Execution Oversight, Value Realization & Handoff.
Establish engagement governance, track milestones, manage scope, resolve delivery risks.
Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams to stay unblocked and aligned on scope/delivery dates.
Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders, translating migrations into business outcomes.
Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
Lead discovery workshops and map legacy processes to target patterns using AI tools.
