Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists—engagement leaders who serve as the operational backbone, program lead, and business strategist for high-stakes migrations and platform modernizations.

You own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for fast-paced, high-impact engagements (typically 12 weeks or less) that transition enterprise customers to modern platforms like MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and managing cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience with program governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience working with Professional Services, SIs, and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on scope and dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders, translating workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and navigate organizational change for customers.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to platform patterns using AI tools.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead post-migration handoffs.
