Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Portfolio Leader to manage and grow a team of AI specialists delivering Agentforce solutions for enterprise customers. This role blends hands-on engineering with executive-level influence to accelerate production deployments.

You will oversee two specialist functions—Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists—setting standards, unblocking complex deployments, and scaling talent across engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct leadership or high‑impact technical leadership guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI/LLMs and enterprise software deployments.
• Hands‑on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing for cross‑functional squads.
• Lead AI‑augmented delivery with a focus on engineering excellence and production readiness.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on pilot programs and beta rollouts to feed the roadmap.
• Monitor delivery metrics and accelerate deployments from sketch to deployable in weeks.
