Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale architecture, owning integration strategies and the end-to-end technical delivery from pre-sales to post-sales. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to architect and deploy Cresta’s platform across CX and contact center ecosystems.

Ideal candidates will have deep AWS/GCP/Salesforce experience, strong API/iPaaS/UI integrations skills, and a track record of large-scale deployments, with a willingness

Qualifications

• Experience with Telephony and Contact Center Infrastructure (AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9, etc.)
• Strong understanding of APIs, iPaaS, and UI Integrations
• Highly experienced with AWS, GCP, Salesforce
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data systems
• Extensive experience in large-scale enterprise software implementations and solutions architecture
• Deep understanding of Generative AI solutions for enterprises
• Excellent organizational skills for managing complex stakeholder processes and timelines
• Ability to build strong external relationships and take a consultative, strategic approach to solving customer problems
• Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Willingness to travel and engage with customers across EST-PST time zones

Responsibilities

• Own the Technical Architecture blueprint from pre-sales to post-sales
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering
• Pre-sales problem solving to determine best solution architecture
• Post-sales support for technical implementation and customer onboarding
• Define and manage platform integrations and their technical benefits
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs and timelines
