Cresta is hiring a Customer Engineer for APAC to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to enterprise contact centers. You will blend software engineering with customer experience, cloud technologies, and automation to help customers deploy and scale Cresta.

Working with Solution Architects and Implementation Managers, you will own the technical execution of integrations, ensuring Cresta fits complex enterprise environments and delivers measurable value in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering with modern languages and tooling.
• Experience building integrations using APIs/SDKs in enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot across applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and third‑party systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy integrations using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs.
• Execute integration designs and project plans with stakeholders.
• Integrate Cresta solutions with enterprise voice, chat, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Implementation Managers, and Engineering.
• Triage and resolve technical issues with Customer Success Managers and engineering.
• Build trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
