Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Customer Strategy Director to drive executive-level strategy and enterprise engagement in the US. You will shape the value of Cresta’s AI-powered CX platform, guide complex deals, and partner with Sales, Services, and Customer Success to ensure measurable outcomes for top customers.

As a senior IC, you will travel 1–2 days per week, engage C-suite clients, and lead strategic initiatives across large enterprise accounts with a focus on AI-driven transformations in contact

Qualifications

• Experience engaging C-suite and executive-level clients.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex enterprise engagements.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Open strategic enterprise engagements with executive-level vision sessions and define Cresta's perspective on AI in contact centers.
• Lead business value discovery, stakeholder alignment, and use-case scoping across multi-stakeholder accounts; guide deployment readiness.
• Shape deal strategy, pricing discussions, and services positioning as part of a broader engagement.
