Cresta in the United States is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to partner with Enterprise Account Executives and demonstrate Cresta's AI-powered solutions to prospects. You will run product demos, manage technical validations, and help build the business case during the sales cycle.

You will translate customer use cases into technical solutions, lead discovery calls, train users during pilots, and provide feedback to product management to improve our offering.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 3–5 years in a technical pre-sales capacity supporting large enterprise sales cycles.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms, helping customers modernize contact center operations.
• Experienced with Salesforce.com, contact center infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS environments.

Aufgaben

• Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and converting it to Cresta technical requirements.
• Lead discovery calls with prospective customers & internal cross functional teams to build and deliver product demos.
• Provide your prospects with insights and learnings from your vast experience in helping customers improve their contact center and customer experience operations.
