Job summary
Cvent is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to partner with Agency Partners and Fortune 500 clients. You will drive adoption, manage executive relationships, and guide programs that expand platform usage and value.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams, creating strategic account plans, conducting reviews, and ensuring measurable outcomes while traveling up to 15% as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree a plus.
- 7-13 years of work experience in a Customer Success role.
- Experience in Fortune 500 corporations, travel, hospitality, software or high-tech industry a plus.
- Experience in working with Event Management Agency Partners preferred.
- Prior use of online registration and booking tools preferred.
- Excel at developing client relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities
- Global and/or Fortune 500 level client account oversight.
- Monitor user adoption and system usage; recommend strategies to increase usage.
- Maintain advisory relationships with key client contacts.
- Support Agency Partners enrolled in Cvent’s Partner Program and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Customer Success resources for thoughtful collaboration and growth.
- Monitor user compliance and recommend strategies to increase usage/compliance.
- Create and maintain annual success plans to advance adoption and program maturity.
- Conduct success reviews to gauge progress and identify improvements.
- Contribute towards onboarding for new accounts as primary success owner.
- Provide consultation on business processes and best practices for enterprise meeting management.
