You will collaborate with Sales, Services, Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams, build success plans, review progress, and translate AI-driven insights into concrete action. Travel up to 15% and US-based remote work eligible.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional work experience, with 3+ in customer success.
• Experience in Fortune 500, hospitality, events tech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience working in cross-functional account teams in a matrixed environment.
• Fluency with AI-driven tools and agentic automation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts (10-25) and serve as primary contact for day-to-day engagement and adoption.
• Develop and maintain success plans with objectives, milestones, and ownership.
• Conduct CSR/ABR reviews to assess progress and identify opportunities to optimize programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified customer experience and renewals.
• Analyze user adoption and usage to drive data-driven recommendations.
• Translate AI-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Document feature requests and keep customers informed on roadmap.
• Contribute to internal playbooks and best practices for the Enterprise CS team.
• Advocate for the customer voice internally and influence strategy.
