Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Success professional in Tysons, VA, to partner with agency and enterprise clients. You will drive adoption, orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure measurable outcomes across programs and events.

You will lead initiatives with senior stakeholders, design success plans, and advocate best practices for AI‑augmented work while leveraging your relationship management and process optimization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 7–13 years in a Customer Success role is typical for this level.
• Experience in Fortune 500, travel, hospitality, software or high‑tech industries is a plus.
• Experience with Event Management Agency Partners is preferred.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive adoption of complex platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/CS tools is expected.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global and/or Fortune 500 level client accounts.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and compliance; advise on strategies to increase usage.
• Maintain advisory relationships with key client contacts to impact adoption.
• Support Agency Partners in Cvent’s Partner Program and grow their business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and growth.
• Develop annual success plans to advance adoption and program maturity.
• Conduct reviews to track progress and gather key client metrics.
• Assist in new account implementation and onboarding as primary success owner.
• Provide guidance on business processes related to enterprise meeting management.
