Job summary

Indeed is hiring for a role focused on proactive, personalized engagement with enterprise clients and agencies. You will drive executive discovery, surface trends, and deliver evidence-based recommendations to optimize recruitment advertising campaigns and maximize hires and ROI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years; or advanced degree without experience.
• Related experience in Recruitment/Staffing, Tech/Dot-com, HR Tech, Ad/Media Agency, B2B, Account Management, or Customer Service.
• Strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and ability to ramp up quickly.
• Excellent relationship management, churn prevention, and post-sale lifecycle execution.
• Ability to build partnerships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Uses data/trends to identify product adoption and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention and growth by monitoring signals and mitigating churn across enterprise and agency books.
• Deliver hiring outcomes through data-backed optimizations and campaign performance management.
• Lead executive-level discussions and translate goals into adoption plans with clear metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to accelerate value and resolve complex challenges.
• Champion product and tracking adoption to improve attribution and insights.
• Maintain SLA adherence and strong case hygiene with clear updates.
