Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Austin, TX, seeks an Engagement Delivery Director (HLS) to lead our most complex Professional Services engagements—from advisory through implementation—delivering measurable value for customers and aligning with executive sponsors.

You will shape strategy, manage multi-workstream delivery, and establish KPIs to track ROI, risk, and adoption of Salesforce technologies, leveraging AI and our multi-cloud platform to accelerate time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading multiple workstreams and/or large enterprise-scale programs.
• 5+ years using/implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Track record of delivering large, complex programs with measurable business impact.
• Knowledge of SDLC concepts, practices, and operational readiness for deployments.
• Ability to establish governance and accountability across customer and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall program and the PMs under you.
• Drive delivery governance to achieve value realization for customers.
• Develop KPIs with executive stakeholders to measure ROI and adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Sponsors to align on One Salesforce delivery.
• Manage budgets, staffing, forecasting, and revenue management.
• Identify risks and proactively address them to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster client relationships and executive-level trust through influence and leadership.
