Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Director (HLS) to lead our most complex Professional Services engagements—from advisory through implementation—to value realization for customers. You will captain delivery, governance, and KPI development with executive sponsors to maximize business outcomes.

As voice of the customer, you’ll shape strategy, drive adoption of Salesforce technologies, and oversee a team of PMs across multiple workstreams, ensuring risk is managed and value is delivered

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading multiple workstreams.
• 5+ years using/implementing Salesforce platform.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering large enterprise-scale programs with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of development, implementation, and operational readiness concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Professional Services engagements from advisory to value realization.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define KPIs and measure outcomes.
• Drive delivery governance, risk management, and action to address issues.
• Coach and lead a team of PMs across multiple workstreams.
• Develop strategic delivery roadmaps aligned with One Salesforce initiatives.
