Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Delivery Director (HLS) to lead our most complex Professional Services engagements through to value realization for customers. You will partner with executive stakeholders to drive KPIs and ensure program success, shaping strategy and broad adoption of Salesforce technologies.

Travel up to ~25% may be required. You will lead the Salesforce Professional Services team, mentor PMs, and collaborate with internal account teams to deliver sustainable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading multiple workstreams or large enterprise programs.
• 5+ years using/implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record leading large, complex programs with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of system development, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Ability to work with technical teams to develop operational plans and address issues.
• Strong governance foundation and accountability at customer and internal teams.
• Vision for the customer with fast execution and high momentum.
• Ability to build trust and client relationships.
• Ability to influence without positional authority.
• Ability to drive program momentum and momentum sustainment.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to influence strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Professional Services engagements end-to-end to realize value.
• Partner with executives to define KPIs and drive business value.
• Coordinate with Sales, Success, and Sponsors to ensure alignment as One Salesforce.
• Drive project governance and risk management across initiatives.
• Shape strategy and drive adoption of Salesforce technologies, including AI features.
• Develop strategic delivery roadmaps tailored to customer priorities and value.
• Coach and mentor PMs and delivery teams to raise capability.
• Manage planning, milestones, staffing, and budgets across programs.
• Communicate outcomes of governance reviews and client meetings clearly.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies across workstreams.
