Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Delivery Director (HLS) to lead our most complex Professional Services engagements from advisory to value realization. You will govern project execution, engage executives, and shape KPIs to measure return and impact on customer outcomes.

You will voice the customer, align with One Salesforce teams, drive multi-cloud adoption, and apply Salesforce product and ecosystem knowledge to deliver rapid value and scalable success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading multiple workstreams and/or large enterprise-scale program management.
• 5+ years using/implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Track record leading large, complex programs with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of system development, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Ability to govern and drive accountability at customer and internal teams.
• Vision for the customer with fast execution.
• Ability to influence without positional authority.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive decision-makers to deliver success and business value.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to ensure alignment as 'One Salesforce'.
• Drive engagement and strategy leveraging the multi-cloud agentic platform.
• Lead AI-enabled project execution and measurement of outcomes.
