Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks an Engagement Delivery Director (HLS) to lead its most complex Professional Services engagements—from advisory to implementation—through value realization for customers.

You will direct project execution, governance, and KPI development with executive stakeholders to measure return and success. You will partner with customers and internal teams to build strategic roadmaps, drive adoption of Salesforce technologies, leverage AI across project phases, and mentor PMs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience across multiple workstreams.
• 5+ years using/implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record leading large, complex programs with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of the concepts, practices, procedures, and deliverables associated with system development, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Ability to devise a strong governance foundation and drive accountability at customer and internal teams.
• Strong strategic and business insight to drive value with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Professional Services engagements end-to-end.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define KPIs and measure value.
• Direct project governance, risk management, and budgeting.
• Coach and lead PMs and delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
• Build strategic roadmaps, accelerate time to value, and foster client relationships.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce technologies and AI across project phases.
