Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to drive adoption and value realization across Security solutions, guiding renewals and growth. You’ll tailor adoption plans, surface insights from AI analytics, and serve as a trusted bridge between customers and Cisco’s product teams.

You’ll own adoption for a portfolio of mid-sized customers, run TAPs, deliver tailored enablement sessions and demos, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and uncover value-driving use cases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience.
CCNP or equivalent certification is expected.
Substantial experience with Email Security products.
Experience with AWS and Azure management and VM deployment.
Proficient in Python scripting and AI tool usage.

Responsibilities

Own adoption for a portfolio of mid-sized customers using AI analytics to guide engagement.
Develop TAPs aligned to customer goals, spot blockers, and partner with CXMs.
Deliver technical enablement through tailored sessions, demos, and Expert Insight Series.
Run demo environments, configure test setups, troubleshoot issues and showcase features.
Maintain customer profiles, apply AI-driven recommendations to improve usage.
Follow up post-session to sustain adoption momentum and CSAT outcomes.
Facilitate alignment workshops to review progress and drive outcomes.
Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and surface value-driving use cases.
Inform product development with customer feedback and competitive observations.
