Job summary

You will tailor adoption strategies, build TAPs, and become a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, using AI-driven insights to surface opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups—Support, Sales, Engineering, and Partners—to resolve issues and surface value-driven use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher with 5+ years in customer success or related role.
• Professional-level certification (e.g., CCNP) or equivalent expected.
• Substantive experience with one or more Email Security products.
• Experience with AWS and Azure management and VM deployment; Python scripting.
• Demonstrated AI tool usage in projects and automation.
• Preferred: Linux administration or other UNIX-like OS experience
• Bonus: Web Security appliances or Cisco Secure Endpoint experience

Responsibilities

• Own adoption for a portfolio of mid-sized customers, managing multi-product deployments and using AI-powered analytics to guide engagement.
• Build and drive TAPs aligned to customer goals, spotting adoption blockers and partnering with CXMs.
• Deliver technical enablement through tailored sessions and demos.
• Run demo environments, configure/test setups, troubleshoot issues, and showcase features.
• Maintain customer profiles, gather insights, and apply AI-driven recommendations to improve product use.
• Follow up post-session to sustain adoption momentum and CSAT.
• Facilitate alignment workshops to review progress and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Engineering, Partners, and GTM to resolve issues and uncover value-driving use cases.
• Inform product development by sharing customer feedback and competitive observations.
• Stay current with Cisco technologies, AI advancements, and industry trends.
