Job summary

Refold AI is building the AI-driven enterprise integration layer in the SF Bay Area. You will own the demand-gen pipeline, lead a five-person BDR team, and shape how we reach Fortune 500 customers.

We’re looking for someone who ships code daily, builds AI agents for selling, and collaborates closely with AEs and product marketing. Compensation ranges from $180k to $210k annually, with equity and rapid growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in demand gen or growth at B2B SaaS
• Built AI agents that teams rely on in daily work
• Shipping code daily to production and deploying changes

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline across outbound, events, inbound, and ABM; set quarterly plans and forecast
• Lead a 5-person BDR team; hiring, coaching, targets, messaging
• Run outreach end-to-end; diagnose and fix gaps in list, message, or execution
• Coordinate with events/inbound/ABM leaders to set and own overall pipeline targets
• Publish weekly demand-gen updates with cohort views from CRM history
• Manage the GTM budget and tool ROI
