Job summary

Raydar is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own a multi-channel pipeline strategy and lead a five-person BDR team. You will build and maintain internal software and AI tools that rank prospects, support outreach and drive reporting.

This role blends commercial leadership with hands-on engineering in production code. You will forecast quarterly pipeline, coordinate with events and ABM, and publish weekly CRM-based insights to steer decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and owning demand-generation programs
• Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets in a software environment
• Leadership of a team and collaboration with cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Set and forecast quarterly pipeline targets across outbound, events, inbound and ABM programs
• Hire and coach a five-person BDR team, defining contact targets and playbooks
• Coordinate with events, inbound, ABM, and sales teams to align target lists and follow-ups
• Analyze drop-off points from discovery to trial and improve transitions to account executives
• Publish weekly CRM-based pipeline reports to guide team decisions
• Manage program budgets and vendor software spend for ongoing value
• Build, deploy, and maintain production software for ranking prospects and automating outreach
• Develop AI agents to draft research, outreach, and handoff materials with quality controls
• Maintain a data warehouse of target accounts synced with CRM ensuring data integrity
