Job summary

Refold AI in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Heads of Marketing to own the GTM engine, lead the demand-gen team, and drive growth for our enterprise integration solutions.

You will build AI-assisted sales tooling, set pipeline targets, and partner with product and sales to scale deployments across enterprise accounts. This on-site role reports to the Head of Marketing with a compensation range of $180,000–$210,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in demand generation or growth at B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading a GTM or marketing organization.
• Experience building and shipping AI-enabled sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the number: manage discovery calls, demos, and pipeline targets across motions.
• Lead the BDR team: hire, coach, and set targets for 5 BDRs.
• Run outreach end to end: own the weekly action list and optimize messaging.
• Own the number in motions you don't run: collaborate with events, inbound, and ABM.
• Fix leaks: track conversion from first talk to demo and handoff to AEs.
• Report the truth: publish the weekly demand-gen update with cohort views.
• Manage the budget: allocate tools and retire unused ones.
