Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Delivery Director, Program Management to lead the PMO and delivery teams, driving successful engagements and accelerating customer outcomes on the Snowflake journey.

You will hire, coach, and grow a large Delivery Team, partner with Sales and GTM, and establish governance and scalable practices across complex programs. Candidates with 15+ years of experience, executive presence, and travel willingness are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional services delivery experience including leading large teams (25+) and managing financial targets.
• Strong management consulting experience and skills.
• Experience building and running a large scalable PMO in a Consulting or Professional Services org.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM Delivery Team to meet customer goals with high performance and ownership.
• Create a strategic business plan to meet regional objectives including revenue and consumption targets.
• Standardize delivery and drive process improvements across the team.
