Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Director, Global Delivery, to lead technical delivery teams and accelerate customer success on the Snowflake journey. You will shape strategies, oversee large engagements, and partner with sales, GTM, and partners to deliver best-in-class services.

You will manage executive stakeholders, forecast delivery metrics, and drive regional revenue targets while building scalable delivery practices across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields.
• Strong management consulting experience and skills.
• 15+ years of SD delivery experience, including leading large teams (25+).
• Experience building/partnering with Global Delivery Centers to scale delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies (e.g. Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata).
• Proven track record of leading highly technical teams.
• Ability to identify process improvement areas and optimization.
• Experience forecasting delivery metrics and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and lead the Technical Delivery Team to meet customer goals.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge of Snowflake features.
• Provide technical guidance for customer engagements.
• Create strategic business plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Develop accurate financial forecasts for revenue and headcount.
• Lead delivery across large complex engagements and engage executives as needed.
• Standardize delivery processes and improve efficiency and quality.
• Drive customer satisfaction and delivery quality via post-engagement surveys.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners, and GTM to scale services delivery and define new offerings.
